What happens after matters. At Margo’s, aftercare is about what we tend to once the moment’s passed. Whether it’s intimacy, packaging, or petals, the follow-through is part of the pleasure. It makes us more thoughtful lovers, more conscious consumers — just better all round.

It’s not just about the main event. Aftercare means checking in, slowing down, and landing gently — emotionally, physically, whatever’s needed.

Whether you’re solo or with someone else, good aftercare builds trust, connection, and ease.

We see it as an essential part of the experience, not an optional extra.

Consumer Aftercare

We don’t believe in throwaway anything.

So when you’re done with a product, we make it easy to finish well.

Almost all of our packaging is either curbside recyclable or compostable — check the label.

Empty lube bottles? Rinse and recycle.

Retired sex toys? Some can be returned to the brands directly for recycling — we’ll help point you in the right direction.

We’ve added some info on responsible post-consumer aftercare to each product page.

Floral Aftercare

Extend the life. Keep the joy going.

To keep them fresher, longer:

  1. Remove the flowers from their wrapping. All Margo’s tissue, ribbon and stickers are naturally biodegradable and compostable!

  2. Flowers need to stay hydrated, so grab your favourite vase or vessel and fill it 3/4 full with clean water.

  3. Give your stems a little snip by at least a couple of cms (or to your desired vase length), on a 45° angle and arrange them in the vase or vessel.

  4. To extend the life of your fresh flowers, change the water (and re-snip stems if necessary) with clean water every couple of days.

  5. Flowers love light, but don’t love direct sunlight and extreme heat as much.

When they’re done:

Compost what you can. Or dry them and keep a little moment.

They were always meant to return to earth — just do it mindfully.
