Margo’s IRL.

Where creativity, connection, and conversation come to life.
Workshops, intimate soirées, and everything in between.

At Margo’s, we believe in the magic of real-life connection. Our Melbourne events bring people together to shed shame and stigma.

Pleasure Picnic

Our Pleasure Picnics are intimate, floral-drenched gatherings designed to bring curious, bold, and brilliant humans together in open conversation. Think modern women’s circle or elevated group therapy. Each one is a soft landing for big conversations — a space to explore connection, sensuality, and self with a side of florals, sex positivity and riotous laughter.

Held in beautiful, thoughtfully chosen spaces across Melbourne, each picnic dives into a different juicy theme — from navigating intimacy and confidence, to sex, dating, relationships, health, pleasure, ageing, womanhood, and everything in between. Guided by brilliant guest speakers, female founders, industry trailblazers, creatives, therapists and health professionals who don’t shy away from unfiltered real talk.

Expect powerful storytelling, inspiring spaces, nourishing refreshments by local makers, lush florals (obviously), and a few cheeky surprises along the way.

Leave your shame at the door. Bring your curiosity. Because pleasure gets better when it’s shared.

Flower Workshops

Where flowers meet feeling. And connection blooms.

Margo’s workshops are more than just a bunch of pretty petals — they’re immersive, intimate experiences that bring people together through the mindful, creative ritual of floral arranging.

Whether you’re here for self-care, self-discovery, or just a good time with friends, each workshop is grounded in connection, creativity, and nature.

All Margo’s workshops are hosted around Naarm, Melbourne. We offer two beautiful formats:

1. Private Flower Workshops

Custom experiences for brands, birthdays, bridal showers, or just because.

Looking to host something special for your team, community, or group of mates? We offer bespoke floral workshops for brands, businesses and individuals wanting to create something thoughtful and memorable.

Hosted by Margo’s in a beautifully styled setting (or we can come to you), each session guides guests through the meditative art of flower arranging using seasonal, locally grown blooms — with a focus on sustainability and minimising waste. Perfect for product launches, content moments, team building, birthdays, or just gathering the girls.

No experience necessary.

Includes:

  • All equipment and fresh, locally grown blooms provided

  • Styling and curation by Margo’s

  • Tailored to suit your vibe, audience and intention: including custom branded elements of your brand or event theming

  • Optional add-ons: refreshments, gift bags, guest speakers or co-hosts

2. Flower Therapy Workshops

Florals meet group therapy — for real conversations and real connection.

Flower Therapy is our signature event series: part flower workshop, part women’s circle. Each session explores a theme — from pleasure, confidence and dating, to motherhood, menopause and self-worth — combining hands-on, mindful floral design with honest, facilitated group conversation.

We co-host these sessions with expert guests: therapists, coaches, naturopaths, sexologists, and founders in the intimacy and wellbeing space. Together, we create a space where women can open up, explore, and reconnect to themselves — all while creating a wild and wonderful bouquet to take home.

What to expect:

  • Guided flower arranging using local blooms and sustainable techniques

  • All equipment and fresh, locally grown blooms provided

  • A calming, beautifully styled environment

  • Expert-led group conversation on a themed topic

  • Nourishment for your hands, heart and body

  • Bouquets to take home

These events are for the woman who wants more — more meaning, more beauty, more depth, more connection, more nature. Whether you’re navigating motherhood, breakup recovery, career shifts, or a full-blown self-reinvention, there’s a seat for you at our table (and a vase waiting).
